• You must register. Please fill out form http://www.littlerockairshow.com/information/paint-the-town-blue/form.
• You can start decorating Labor Day weekend, but the decorations must stay up until Sept. 9.
• You must submit photos of your decorations NLT Midnight on Tuesday Sept 5^th. Please e-mail them to airpowerarkansas@ymail.com.
• The winners will receive an invitation for two to the Friday Night Social Event/Night Show to receive your award.
• All submitted photos become the property of the Airpower Arkansas Airshow.
• Please feel free to challenge communities, businesses, neighbors and schools to participate.
